Bateaux London offers scheduled Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Sunday Lunch Jazz and Dinner Cruises on the Thames. Both our vessels are also available for exclusive hire.

Lunch Cruises depart promptly at 12.30pm and return to Embankment Pier at 2.00pm.
Sunday Lunch Jazz Cruises depart promptly at 12.30pm and return to Embankment Pier at 3.00pm.
Afternoon Tea Cruises depart promptly at 3.30pm and return to Embankment Pier at 4.45pm
Dinner Cruises depart promptly at 8.00pm and return to Embankment Pier at 10.45pm.

Dinner cruises: Smart formal dress code. Both ladies and gentlemen are asked to dress in a manner appropriate to a smart formal occasion. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a shirt and tie with a jacket or suit. Please note that blue jeans, denim of any other colour or style, trainers and leisurewear are not permitted on board.
Lunch Cruises/Afternoon Tea Cruises: Children under the age of five are discouraged on Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Sunday Lunch Jazz Cruises. Prams, bassinets and push chairs are not permitted on our vessels and high chairs are not available.
Children’s prices are available for those aged between five to 12 years and are available for Lunch, Sunday Lunch Jazz and Afternoon Tea Cruises.
Dinner cruises: Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on dinner cruises.
The cruise will take place on one of our two vessels, Symphony or Naticia. You will be advised on the day of your cruise which vessel you will board.
Bateaux London reserves the right to substitute Symphony and/or Naticia with other vessels if deemed necessary.
All tables are pre-allocated.
Due to popularity of our products, it is suggested that you book at least eight (8) weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Reservations must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
We accept all major credits cards, excluding American Express and Diner’s Club.
1-8 guests
For reservations of eight people or less, Bateaux London requires at least 48 hours notice in order to offer a full refund. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the date of the cruise will incur 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered for cancellations which fall outside the stipulated notice period.
8-20 guests
For bookings of more than eight people, eight (8) days notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations received less than eight days prior to the date of the cruise will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
21+ guests
Cancellation policy outlined in your contract applies.

You will need to phone our Reservations team to book your voucher. Vouchers can not be booked online.
If you have any voucher for a Bateaux London cruise, the voucher must be presented at reception upon boarding. Failure to present a valid voucher may mean that you forfeit your place on the cruise. Bateaux London reserves the right to refuse entry is a valid voucher is not presented on the day.

We recommend that you arrive at Bateaux London reception to collect your boarding pass at 11.45hrs for Lunch Cruises, 15.00hrs for Afternoon Tea Cruises and 19.15hrs for Dinner Cruises.
Our boats depart promptly at 12.30hrs for our public lunch cruise, 15.30hrs for our afternoon tea cruise and 20.00hrs for our public dinner cruise. We cannot return to the pier for any late guests. We do not offer a pick-up service at any other points. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or an alternative date if you were to miss your cruise.
Embankment Station is located directly across the road from Bateaux London. The Bakerloo, Northern, District and Circle lines all operate from Embankment Station. Please check with Transport for London to see if the lines are operating especially on weekends.
Charing Cross and Waterloo stations are a short walk from Bateaux London.
Limited parking is available on the street and paid parking facilities around Embankment.
Routes on Bateaux London cruises are dependant upon tides. All cruises take in the major sights including Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, London Eye, St Paul’s Cathedral, Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, HMS Belfast, Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
Professional, recorded commentary with musical enhancements is available on Lunch Cruises from Tuesday to Saturday only
Set menus are provided on Lunch, Sunday Lunch and Afternoon Tea Cruises.
An a la carte menu is available on Dinner cruises.
Groups of 21 or more guests on the Dinner Cruise are required to have a set menu (i.e. one starter, one main course, one dessert for each person in the entire group). This menu must be given to Bateaux London at least eight working days prior to the date of the cruise. If not advised, Bateaux London reserves the right to set this menu without consultation.
Groups of between 21 and 30 guests may pay a supplement of £5.00 per person for the a la carte menu rather than the group set menu.
All groups of 31 or more must have a set menu.
All menus on Bateaux London cruises are subject to change.
If your package does not include drinks, they can be purchased on board the boats. All bills must be paid in full before disembarkation
Smoking is permitted on designated outside decks only.
Photos may be taken for personal use only, not for commercial purposes.
Bateaux London does not permit video footage being taken on board.
Bateaux London can provide cakes for your celebration with at least five working days notice.
Balloons and other table decorations are permitted as long as they are inoffensive and do not obstruct the view or enjoyment of other diners. Streamers, party poppers and silly string are not permitted and guests must remove all decorations from the boat on their departure.

Our Reservations department is open from 9.00hrs to 17.30hrs seven days a week.
Reception is open from 9.00hrs to 20.00hrs Monday to Friday and 10.30hrs to 20.00hrs on Saturday and Sunday.
Should you need to contact Bateaux London outside of Reservations opening hours on the evening of your cruise, please phone Reception on 0207 695 1801/2/3.
Please note that queries not concerning the cruise departing on the same night will be forwarded to the Reservations voicemail whereby enquiries will be attended to the following day.
Our chef is more than happy to accommodate guests with special dietary requirements with at least five (5) days notice. Please advise our Reservations agent at the time of booking should you have any allergies.
Our cruises operate regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.
Lunch Cruises: Tickets can be collected from Bateaux London reception at the time of boarding on the day of your cruise.
Bateaux London offers a complimentary drop off service at Waterloo Pier following the lunch cruise.
Dinner Cruises: Tickets can be collected from Bateaux London reception from 11am on the day of your cruise. Please avoid the time from 11.30hrs to 12.30hrs as it is busy due to lunch cruise boarding.
EDF Energy London Eye tickets can be used at any time prior to or following your dinner cruise however, have individual expiry dates and must be used before expiry.
Please note that you do not need to make a reservation for your EDF Energy London Eye experience; simply queue up with your tickets for boarding.
No pets are allowed on board. Seeing Eye and helping dogs are the exception.
Bateaux London welcomes people with disabilities on board all cruises. We request that anyone wishing to make an enquiry or booking inform us of special needs or disabilities at the time of booking in order for us to meet any personal requirements.
Step-free access is offered from Embankment Pier to the two restaurant vessels. Guests with mobility issues may be accommodated at easily accessible tables and additional space may be providing for Seeing and Hearing guide dogs.
Bathrooms on both the Symphony and Naticia are accessed via stairs; no lift is available.
Both boats also offer accessible outside decks.
