Celebration Cake (with writing on cake). The following cake options are available:
LARIEUX - Chocolate and Almond base with layers of Dark and Milk chocolate mousse, glazed with dark chocolate and decorated with chocolate fans.
(Only available in a 10 person portion size).
CONCERTO - Layers of chocolate biscuit soaked in chocolate syrup, chocolate mousse and crispy feuilantine, glazed with dark chocolate and decorated in a musical theme. Vegetarian.
(4,10 and 12 portion sizes available).
TEMPTATION - Raspberry soaked Almond and Chocolate sponge, dark chocolate and raspberry scented ganache, chocolate and raspberry garnish. Vegetarian.
(Only available in a 10 person portion size).
CHEESECAKE ST MICHEL - A sable based French style cheesecake made with fromage Blanc, a berry fruits centre and genois. Topped with berry fruits.
(Only available in a 4 person portion size).
FRAISER - Pink or Ivory. Layers of vanilla sponge in Kirsch with fresh vanilla cream and strawberries covered in almond paste. Vegetarian.
