1. What type of cruises do you offer?
Catamaran Cruisers Limited operates as Bateaux London offering Lunch, Sunday
Lunch and Dinner cruises across the week and across the year. Lunch prices
start from £25.00 (from 01.04.08) with the Elite Dinner Cruise costing
£110.00 (from 01.04.08). Child prices are available on lunch and Sunday Lunch cruises only.
Our Lunch Cruise features commentary after service describing the key London
sights, with sound and music enhancements, between Canary Wharf and Embankment Pier.
2. How far up or down the river do you go to?
The Lunch Cruise route covers from the Westminster area down stream
to Canary Wharf where we turn and return to Embankment Pier; this is
a journey time of approximately 1 ½ hours. Sunday Lunch and Dinner cruises
are 2 ½ hours where the route varies depending on the tides. We will always
cover the central section from Embankment to Tower Bridge; the rest of the cruise
time may take us up river as far as Putney (upstream limit) or down stream as far as
the Greenwich area (down stream limit). For route details, please see map.
3. What is your child policy?
Children under 5 years of age are discouraged from all lunch cruises.
Prams, bassinets and pushchairs are not permitted onboard and highchairs
are not provided. No under 15s allowed on dinner cruises. Child prices are
available on Lunch and Sunday Lunch Jazz cruises for those aged 5 to 12 years.
4. Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted on the outside deck of the vessels.
5. Is there a group discount?
Groups of 20 people and over will receive a 10% discount off
the published rate. All bookings must be made and paid in advance;
set menu applies on Dinner Cruises. To reserve space email us at reservations@bateauxlondon.com
6. Do you have accessible facilities?
Access is available to both the Symphony and Naticia. However, bathrooms on both boats are accessed via stair cases.
7. Are there toilets onboard?
Yes, there are toilets on board all our vessels.
8. May we bring cakes, drinks, etc. onboard?
No food or beverages may be consumed or served on board unless provided by Bateaux London.
It is not possible to bring birthday cakes, etc. Please see "Extra Touches" on our web site
for cakes and celebration packages.
9. Do you offer commentary?
Professional recorded commentary with music enhancements is offered on the Lunch Cruise only.
10. How far in advance do I have to book?
Advanced bookings are required. Weekend Dinner and Sunday Lunch cruises sell out in advance during peak holiday periods and we suggested booking 2 weeks in advance or earlier. Reservations may be made and altered or cancelled under our Cancellation Policy – see below.

11. What is the maximum number you can hold on the cruise?
Our largest vessel is the Symphony, which can hold up to 300 people for a standing reception.
12. What is your cancellation policy?
100% Charge will apply to all reservations not cancelled in accordance with the conditions set out below.
Individuals (less than 17 passengers).
1. No cancellation charges if cancelled 2 days or more prior to the date of the function.
2. 100% Charge will apply for cancellations received less than 2 days prior to the Booking
Groups (17 - 99 passengers).
1. No cancellation charges if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the date of the function.
2. 50% Charge will apply to cancellations received between 7 and 4 days prior to the Booking.
3. 100% Charge will apply for cancellations received less than 4 days prior to the Booking.
Private Charters and groups of 100+ passengers.
1. No cancellation charges if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the Booking.
2. 50% charge will apply for cancellations received between 30 and 15 days prior to the Booking.
3. 100% charge will apply for any cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the Booking.
Cancellation charges may vary for special events dates and cruises.
13. Do you allow pets onboard?
We discourage pets onboard our vessels. Guide and helping dogs are the exception to the
rule.
14. What is your payment policy and what forms of payment do you accept?
Reservations are paid for at the time of booking; all bookings must be paid in full prior to the cruise. We accept credit cards (except American Express and Diners) or cheques.
Please note that prices, piers, boats, contents, schedules and routes are subject to change and availability.
15. Can you do private transfers?
We provide private transfers. Depending on client requirements, day and evening hire is possible throughout the year.

18. What are your opening hours?
Our reservations department is open Monday to Sunday 9.00hrs to 17.30hrs.
Should you need to contact Bateaux London after 17.30hrs on the night of your cruise,
please telephone 020 7695 1801/1802. Please note that queries not concerning the cruise
departing on the same night will be forwarded to the Reservations voicemail whereby
enquiries will be attended to the following day.

What's New?
Bateaux London Welcomes New Director of Sales
Australian born Kristy McGuinness has been appointed as director of sales for Bateaux London.
This is not the first time Kristy has worked at Bateaux London as she worked as corporate sales manager on arrival in London in 2004 . After working for Paramount Restaurants for the last two years, Kristy returns to Bateaux London with new innovation and vision for her team, clients and business.
