Boarding and Access

Please bring your confirmation ticket email. We will have your party listed under the lead booking name.

Please note that we cannot predict when guests will arrive at the pier, so you may be expected to queue for a time in an area exposed to the elements.

Once you have checked-in guests are invited to relax in our dedicated reception area, complete with seating and cloakroom facilities.

We recommend that you arrive at Bateaux London reception to collect your boarding pass at the times included in your schedule for your selected cruise.

We are obliged to adhere to the specific pier slot booked for embarking and disembarking. To maintain the timings of the cruise and ensure guests who have boarded on time enjoy the full cruising time, we cannot wait for latecomers.

Unfortunately we are unable to call the boat back once it has departed, however we may be able to offer an alternative date at our discretion. No refunds are available.

Bateaux London welcomes people with disabilities on board all cruises. We request that anyone wishing to make an enquiry or booking inform us of special requirements or disabilities at the time of booking in order for us to meet any personal requirements.

Step-free access is offered from Embankment Pier onto all our vessels. Guests with mobility issues may be accommodated at easily accessible tables and additional space may be providing for seeing-eye and hearing guide dogs.

Fully accessible bathrooms are available on board Harmony. Bathrooms on the Symphony are accessed via stairs; no lift is available.

All boats also offer accessible outside decks.

Please see our access statement for more information.
