The view from LeVeL33 in Singapore
Both a city and country, this island state sits off the southern tip of Peninsular Malaysia with a multicultural population and vibrant neighbourhoods. It has something for everyone, whether you’re a nature enthusiast, culture vulture or a thrill-seeker.
Singapore is full of wonderfully creative restaurants offering dining experiences that you’ll never forget. So, you might be slightly surprised that we’re recommending a microbrewery. Not just any microbrewery- the highest microbrewery in the world! LeVeL33 has a range of deliciously brewed beer ranging from IPA, stout, wheat beer, house porter and blonde lager. Now, when you visit a microbrewery you probably expect the food to consist of chicken wings and fries but in this case, you’d be wrong.
The menu features dishes such as sourdough made with warm beer malt, pan-seared Hokkaido scallops served with wheat beer dashi, seaweed and malt chips and the local sea bass paired with beer malt risotto, daikon and beurre blanc. Much more sophisticated than standard bar food!
LeVeL33 offers both great beer and great food whilst overlooking the magnificent Marina Bay.
