We encourage a smart dress code on our Windsor Afternoon Tea Cruise.
Children between 3 and 12 years are permitted on our Afternoon Tea Cruise.
We depart from Thames Side, Windsor, SL4 1QN.
A selection of sandwiches, cakes and different teas. Suitable for children. Additional drinks, including alcoholic beverages, can be purchased on board – payment method is card only.
You can book a Windsor Afternoon Tea Cruise on weekdays and Sunday. Willow Room departs from Thames Side and you will be able to clearly see the Willow Room signage. We recommend that guests arrive no later than 15:15, fifteen minutes prior to departure, so we have plenty of time to welcome everyone on board. The whole dining experience lasts for 1 hour 15 minutes and returns to Thames Side. We encourage our guests to adhere to a smart dress code when they join us for their Windsor Afternoon Tea Cruise. Additional wine, beer and soft drinks can be purchased on board.

Our Windsor Afternoon Tea Cruise doesn’t disappoint and we like to delight our guest with our scrumptious sweet treats. Our afternoon tea menu can change on a daily basis but take a look at our sample menu to whet your appetite. Please note that there is no children’s menu for this cruise.
What do I need to bring with me to board?
Please bring you e-ticket or voucher with you. This will help make the boarding process as smooth as possible.
Will the cruise operate if the weather is bad?
Our cruises operate regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.
What if I need to get off the vessel urgently due to an emergency?
In the event of an emergency we will contact the emergency services to meet us at the nearest pier.
Can I smoke on board the boats?
No smoking is allowed on board Willow Room.
Is there disabled access?
Willow Room welcomes people with disabilities on board all cruises. We request that anyone wishing to make an enquiry or booking inform us of special requirements or disabilities at the time of booking in order for us to meet any personal requirements.
Step-free access isn't available but crew members may help guests with mobility issues on to the boat issues. Additional space may be provided for seeing-eye and hearing guide dogs.
What if we miss the boat?
Unfortunately we are unable to call the boat back once it has departed, however we may be able to offer an alternative date at our discretion. No refunds are available.
What happens if we are running late?
We are obliged to adhere to the specific pier slot booked for embarking and disembarking. To maintain the timings of the cruise and ensure guests who have boarded on time enjoy the full cruising time, we cannot wait for latecomers.
What time should I arrive for my cruise?
We recommend that you arrive at designated pier to collect your boarding pass at the times included in your schedule for your selected cruise. The schedule can be found on our website or on your e-ticket.
What is the boarding procedure?
Please bring your confirmation ticket email. We will have your party listed under the lead booking name.
Please note that we cannot predict when guests will arrive at the pier, so you may be expected to queue for a time.
Once you have checked-in guests will be able to leave their coats at the coat rail and will be seated to their table.
