Easter Weekend River Cruise Experience

We are located at Embankment Pier, which is directly opposite Embankment underground station on the North side of the river (next to the water on the other side of the road). 

Closest public transport links:

- National Rail: Charing Cross station (0.2 miles, 3 minute walk), London Waterloo station (0.6 miles, 15 minute walk)

- Underground: Embankment (Northern, Bakerloo, District, Circle lines) - 0.1 miles, 20 second walk

- Thames Clippers: Embankment Pier - 0 miles, 20 second walk

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on dinner cruises. 

Children’s prices are available for those aged between 3 to 12 years and are available for Lunch, Sunday Lunch Jazz and Afternoon Tea Cruises only. 

Prams, bassinets and push chairs are not permitted on our vessels however high chairs are available.

No pets are allowed on board with the exception of Guide Dogs. 

Bateaux London cruise is a special experience and a great opportunity to create some wonderful memories with your friends and family. 

A smart casual dress code is the norm, however, please feel free to dress for your occasion whether you are celebrating or just heading out for a fabulous meal on the Thames. 

We would advise against flip-flops, leisurewear and ripped jeans.

Smoking is permitted on designated outside decks only.

Whilst we encourage you to leave plenty of time to get to us, we would recommend arriving no earlier than 30 minutes before your given departure time.

Once you have arrived, you will see our signage by the pier. Please refrain from attempting to board the boat without communication from our staff members - once we are ready to begin boarding, a member of our team will meet you and check you in at the secure gate on our ramp.

Please note: whilst we aim to be as punctual as possible, due to the unique nature of our operation, there may be occasional instances where we are slightly delayed in boarding, so please rest assured a member of staff will ensure you are seen to in good time before departure.

Please ensure that you arrive on time for your cruise as unfortunately, we are unable to call the boat back once it has departed. However we may be able to offer an alternative date at our discretion. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Bateaux London is very accessible for customers using a wheelchair. However due to the unique nature of our operation, for health and safety reasons we kindly request that guests using a wheelchair are accompanied by a fellow guest on their cruise.

Step-free access is offered from Embankment Pier onto all our vessels. Guests with mobility issues may be accommodated at easily accessible tables and additional space may be provided for guide dogs.

Both Glass Room and River Room vessels have a ground level, wheelchair accessible toilet on board.

All boats also offer accessible outside decks.
