To ensure a smooth sailing, we request that all guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time.

Do I have to share a table with other guests like other afternoon tea experience?
Each afternoon tea booking is allocated its own individual table. Enjoy London’s most exceptional afternoon tea cruise at your own pace and allow the views of London to enchant you.
Can I go outside between courses?
For a tour of London like no other, make sure that your order a cocktail, head to the outside deck and relax as the views of London’s most iconic landmarks unfold around you.
Do you provide commentary on board the afternoon tea experience?
We do not provide commentary on board our afternoon tea cruise service. For commentary, please see our lunch cruise service. This service offers a professionally recorded commentary of the views of London.
What live entertainment is provided on an afternoon tea experience?
All our afternoon tea experience include a professional pianist playing a variety of classics on a baby Grand Piano.
Does your afternoon tea on the Thames cater to guests with special dietary requirements?
We’re more than happy to cater for guests with special dietary requirements. This includes guests with gluten-free or vegan diets. Please note that you need to give our chef five (5) days notice of your dietary requirements. Complete the dietary requirements section at the time of booking should you have any allergies.
What will I see on the afternoon tea experience in London?
Our afternoon tea experience offers the very best views of London. Helping you escape from the hustle and bustle of busy afternoon London, take in sights of the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, London Eye, St Paul’s Cathedral, Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, HMS Belfast, Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Westminster Pier.
When should I arrive for the river Thames afternoon tea experience?
For the afternoon tea service, we recommend arriving between 15:00 and 15:15. There can be a queue to board and we will be setting sail at 15:30 pm. Please leave plenty of time before boarding to collect tickets.
For Sunday's Afternoon Tea sail we recommend arriving between 16:00 and 16:15 in order to set sail at 16:30.
Are children allowed on board?
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on dinner cruises.
Children’s prices are available for those aged between 3 to 12 years and are available for Lunch, Sunday Lunch Jazz and Afternoon Tea Cruises only.
Prams, bassinets and push chairs are not permitted on our vessels and high chairs are not available.
