Boarding and Access
Please bring your confirmation ticket email. We will have your party listed under the lead booking name.
Please note that we cannot predict when guests will arrive at the pier, so you may be expected to queue for a time in an area exposed to the elements.
Once you have checked-in guests will be able to leave their coats at the coat rail and will be seated to their table.
We recommend that you arrive at designated pier to collect your boarding pass at the times included in your schedule for your selected cruise.
We are obliged to adhere to the specific pier slot booked for embarking and disembarking. To maintain the timings of the cruise and ensure guests who have boarded on time enjoy the full cruising time, we cannot wait for latecomers.
Unfortunately we are unable to call the boat back once it has departed, however we may be able to offer an alternative date at our discretion. No refunds are available.
Bateaux Windsor welcomes people with disabilities on board all cruises. We request that anyone wishing to make an enquiry or booking inform us of special requirements or disabilities at the time of booking in order for us to meet any personal requirements.
Step-free access isn't available but crew members may help guests with mobility issues on to the boat issues. Additional space may be provided for seeing-eye and hearing guide dogs.
