Making a Reservation
In order to anticipate the total number of guests on board as well as any dietary requirements, we suggested that you book at least eight weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Our Reservations department is open from 9.00hrs to 17.30hrs seven days a week.
Reservations must be paid for in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.

We do not allocate tables at the time of booking, with the exception of our packages which guarantee a window table. If you have a specific table request, please mention it at the time of booking and we will make every effort to accommodate, depending on other bookings.

Our Melody vessel is available for private hire, for numbers of 30 to 48 guests. For groups of more than 20 people or more, please phone our Group Sales and Events Team on +44 (0)20 7695 1809.
Bateaux Windsor can provide flowers for your celebration with at least five working days notice.

Children under the age of 3 are not permitted on board any of our cruises. On board our dinner cruises, we only accept children of 12 or more.
Children’s prices are available for those aged between 3 and 12 years and are available for Lunch, Sunday Lunch Jazz and Afternoon Tea Cruises only.
Prams, bassinets and push chairs are not permitted on our vessels and high chairs are not available.
No pets are allowed on board with the exception of Guide Dogs.
For Dinner cruises both ladies and gentlemen are asked to dress in a manner appropriate to a smart formal occasion.
For Lunch, Sunday Lunch Jazz and Afternoon Tea cruises: Smart casual attire.

For reservations of eight people or less, Bateaux London requires at least 48 hours notice in order to offer a full refund. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the date of the cruise will incur 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered for cancellations which fall outside the stipulated notice period.
For bookings of more than eight people, eight (8) days notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations received less than eight days prior to the date of the cruise will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
